We are looking for a part time (3-4 full workdays a week), engaging, effective sales person for our mattress store in Skokie. This is a low traffic, high average ticket position with the advantage of selling the highest quality product for a company that is over 55 years old. We offer a unique sales proposition and are 85% repeat/referral.

There is a base hourly rate plus a commission that rewards performance. Generally commission makes up 1/3 to 1/2 of the compensation.

You will need to be able to convert leads, qualify customers, and close sales. There is also a customer service aspect to the position as we individually make and service each mattress.
