What you’ll be doing...

Provide Tier 3 technical support level for customer's Global network environment including incident identification, documentation, escalation and resolution. Provide Network advanced technical support and direction to lower-level technicians in a Network Operation environment. Provide Tier 3 support for highly escalated incidents. Responsible for projects related to customer security Vulnerabilities/Audit assessment. Engage on customer’s network projects to provide inputs from Operations perspective. Act as an Operations representative on the discussions related to new Verizon products to be launched. Engage on the Bids process to review the technical requirements. And Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Information Technology, or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Systems Engineer, Network and Computer Systems Administrator, Network Architect, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 6 years performing Network troubleshooting and configuring routers and switches in LAN/WAN/Wireless environment. Experience therein to include 5 years with Cisco Viptela and Versa SDWAN vendors; Knowledge and/or certifications including Juniper, ITIL, Meraki, VMWare, Ansible, scripting, and Cloud Services; IPv6; Silver Peak and Fortinet SDWAN. Requires Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Enterprise Infrastructure Certified. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
