Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and drive to make friends, have fun and make MONEY!
Responsibilities and Duties
* Manage sales staff, assist new and existing Verizon Wireless customers by providing them with excellent customer service with any bill inquires, technical support, opening new accounts and upgrading existing customers while building rapport to uncover additional needs to cross sell additional services and devices offered by Verizon Wireless i.e. Tables, Jetpacks, HUMs
*Maintain the back stock room and set up merchandise displays on the sales floor *Greet customers as they enter the store and help them to find the proper team member to assist them
*Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending the appropriate products
*Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times *Utilize the company's POS system to cash customers out or administer returns
*Conduct interviews to ensure proper store staffing
*Conduct inventory
*Order products and keep the store stocked
*Drive sales
