We are seeking a highly skilled Senior user experience designer (UX/UR) to join our team at Verity. You will be key to bridging complex technical and business problems into intuitive user-facing solutions. Your role will involve analysis of user behaviors, needs, and motivations, coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving. What you’ll do

  • Design, conduct, and apply findings from both qualitative and quantitative user research.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and business processes to create intuitive user-facing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Commercial Team to deepen understanding of user needs.
  • Lead and coordinate our UX initiatives
  • Develop and refine prototypes and wireframes using Figma.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to current interfaces based on research insights.
  • Work seamlessly within an agile development team, effectively communicating with developers.

What you bring

  • Independence and self-management with an ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of the bigger picture, focusing on what truly matters.
  • Confidence in advocating for your ideas and a strong belief in your design decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a team environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the UX field.
  • Formal training in UX design or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven abilities in conducting thorough user research.
  • An eye for design, with experience in simplifying complex systems into user-friendly flows.
  • A history of working on large-scale projects, demonstrating your ability to break down intricate systems into easily understandable user experiences.
