Verity is hiring for a Call Center Representative at our Seattle, WA Headquarters location. This is a hybrid position; or has the opportunity to be worked remotely. The Call Center Representative processes basic transactions, educates members on alternate ways to transact on their accounts, checks member balances, assists members in disputing a transaction and discovers and recommends additional products and services that would benefit members.
