Job Summary:
The Business Banking Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating a unique client onboarding experience by overseeing the execution of sales and service processes for the Business Banking Group. This role will support multiple Business Bankers within the Greater Houston Area by coordinating new accounts, loan origination and portfolio management activities. This includes managing relationships with internal partners within deposit operations, BSA/KYC, Treasury Management, underwriting and loan operations. The position will require skills that include sales implementation and fulfillment background, strong process management experience and influence management.

Responsibilities and Duties:
*Work directly with the Director of Business Banking by supporting the Business Banking Group sales and compliance activities
*Develop training and coordinate implementation of sales and service protocols
*Assist in coordinating sales campaigns for return on investment
*Coordinate initial gathering of required documentation for deposit, loan, and treasury management
*Ensure regulatory documents are collected as appropriate.
*Oversee daily reporting, past due loans and coordinating activities for Business Bankers to clear exceptions in a timely manner.
*Facilitate compliance in procurement of title work, flood searches, UCC searches, and credit reports, and be able to interpret resulting reports.
*Request collateral valuation through internal or external sources.
*Assist in facilitation of sales meetings including all pipeline reports and individual banker scorecards.
*Coordinate loan closing packages to ensure a complete set of documents and supporting information.
*Oversee the loan closing processes for digital loan and deposit account booking.
*Be knowledgeable and able to articulate proper policies and procedures.
*Provide support to bankers that drives a superior client experience to existing customers by resolving issues and providing accurate and timely information.
*Attention to regulatory requirements and compliance training applicable to position (Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Privacy ETC)
*Working in an office regularly, on time, and withstanding varying degrees of stress.
*Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information are essential
*Ability to notarize legal documentation.
*Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Skills and Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or GED required. Some colleges strongly preferred; or more.
*Combined 5 years of banking and sale process management, or Retail Banking experience preferred.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Leadership and influence management
*Ability to understand and provide accurate and timely resolutions to processes that create efficiencies and a unique client experience and banker experience.
*Must be client centric, multi-task, and detail oriented.
*Strong analytical ability required to gather and interpret data in situations where the problems are moderately complex.
*Able to prioritize duties and effectively manage time.
*Detail oriented and organized.
*Analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Effective written communication skills.
*Able to work in a team environment.
*Time management skills
