Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum
- Utilize learning technologies to enhance instruction and student engagement
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and respect
- Assess student progress through various methods such as tests, projects, and observations
- Provide individualized instruction to students with special needs, including those with autism
- Foster a love of learning by incorporating hands-on activities and interactive lessons
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment through effective classroom management techniques
- Mentor and support students in their academic and personal growth
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification/license
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children
- Strong knowledge of math, literacy education, and child development principles
- Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/guardians, and community members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
