Veritas Collaborative is Hiring an Outpatient Therapist Exempt Near Durham, NC

Our teams are passionate, talented individuals who provide a full continuum of care that’s individualized to each patient and who collaborate across disciplines to ensure lasting recovery.

Position Overview:

Program Therapists are responsible for providing individual, family, community of support, and group therapies in a collaborative team environment, as well as participating in our interdisciplinary treatment team. Psychotherapists serve as a professional role model and clinical resource/educator for patient, families, and colleagues.

Schedule: 

  • Schedule is flexible and can be full or part time hours (20-40 hours per week)
  • Monday-Friday Business Hours (8:00am-5:00pm)
  • Some evenings required 

How Program Therapists Empower Recovery:

• Carry a caseload of patients (individual and family responsibility per patient) and provide individual and family therapy, as assigned.

• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care.

• Adhere to the Veritas Clinical Philosophy, including providing treatment that is aligned with DBT, CBT, and FBT.

• Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with program policies and regulatory standards.

Experience:

• Two (2) or more years’ experience in various aspects of social service, with an emphasis on psychiatric work

• A minimum of one (1) year experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health
