We are recruiting for anEstablished Dealer Group and outstanding local employer of choicewho have a requirement for a Service Advisor to join their busypremium dealership in Nottinghamshire.

Therole involves booking in vehicles which are due in for a service / maintenance on their vehicles organising the paperwork andcoordinating with the Workshop Manager / Service Manager for thework to be carried out.

Upselling is a largepart of the role and makes up a significant proportion of thecommission along with customer service related targets.

Requirements

Ideallyyou will have experience of working a main dealership front deskand have a "customer first" mindset. If you are aconfident organised and well presented individual and have theability to quickly engage with customers you will be successful inthis role.
