Summary:

Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products from stock to manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 1 year experience with stocking and kitting.
• Experience handling electronic components such as: resistors, capacitors, IC, transistors, etc.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills, experience with Excel a plus.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, maintenance instructions and operating rules.
• Ability to effectively communicate and speak fluently.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
• Reaching, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs. may be necessary.
• Sitting or Standing for long periods may be necessary
• Ability to walk and navigate the Production floor may be necessary

• Ability to read and comprehend English.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the movement of materials including receiving, inventory transfers, pulling and issuing material to job kits, processing floor returns, and all related system transactions done by scanner or computer.

• Ensure inventory accuracy by performing all transactions correctly and verifying whenever necessary.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
• Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by team lead.
• Experience with ESD/MSD handling procedures preferred.

Work Environment:

The work environment is typical of a manufacturing setting where hazardous materials may be present. Security investigations may be conducted to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and/or work areas.
