- Conduct and reconcile regular physical counts with the system balance to ensure accurate inventories.
- Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials to maintain seamless operations.
- Utilize the company's ERP or other WMS systems to maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas and the Vault to ensure ease of access and security.
- Monitor inventory supply to identify overages and shortages to determine their effect on production requirements, budgets and schedules.
- Order supplies as needed, considering constraints and input such as lead time and order cycle time, while maintaining optimal inventory levels to support the operational demands.
- Identify possible future capacity constraints and bottlenecks in the supply base.
- Demonstrate a hands-on commitment by effectively using warehouse equipment such as pallet jack trucks and trolleys.
- Establish critical inventory parameters – such as activity-based costing and safety stock settings, replenishment quantity and launch quantity.
- Must hold United States Citizenship
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar warehousing role
- Proficiency in using ERP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high security environment
- Experience with inventory management and control
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and operating warehouse equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
