As we expand our team, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent for our diverse projects.We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter with experience in the construction industry to join our HR team. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, a keen understanding of the construction sector, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Source, attract, and screen candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, job fairs, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals to tap into current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager and hiring managers to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (JazzHR), and social media for sourcing and attracting talent.
