Requirements:

• Able to climb and walk on roofs of various pitches, residential and commercial
• Able to inspect, document, and photograph damages on roofs, interior and exterior structures
• Follow photo and video instructions and upload
• Tech savvy and can adapt to operate new software applications
• Able to tarp a roof
• Fill out scope sheets, insurance forms, and project reports
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens
• Must have reliable transportation to and from Metro-Atlanta-area
• Must have a reliable phone, personal computer, (and preferably tablet)

Preferred:

• Familiar with roof chalk codes for insurance
• Insurance claim management experience
• Familiar with roof installation, damages, and aging
• Familiar with siding, gutters and other construction elements
• Possesses a COI
• Possesses a ladder
• Possesses a drone

Physical requirements:

• Must have excellent stamina
• Position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination
• It also requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs
• Once again, must be able to walk and stand on roofs
• Must be able to climb a ladder
