Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality dental care while building strong patient relationships. The partners’ ownership carries through all practices, including the specialty centers, so that teamwork is fostered among doctors. After 1-3 years of associateship a letter of intent for a buy in can be offered, setting the stage for a one year partnership transition. Of the last 14 full time associates, 9 have become partners and 3 are now letter of intent holders. We proudly have achieved an 86% associate to partner conversion rate.
Partners in the dental group also have the opportunity to build wealth as qualified investors in ancillary business entities, including real estate.
