The ServiceNow Functional Consultant is a critical role tasked with optimizing the ServiceNow platform to enhance HR processes and employee experiences.

This position involves collaborating closely with HR and IT departments to customize and configure the HRSD and EC Pro modules, implement AI-driven search optimization, and improve content analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow functionality, particularly within HR workflows, and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities : Analyze and translate business requirements into functional solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Enhance and optimize the HRSD and EC Pro modules, focusing on pre-hire, pre-onboarding, and onboarding processes. Configure and improve Manager Hub and Virtual Assistant features to enhance user interaction and satisfaction.

Implement content analytics features and optimize AI search capabilities to improve data usability and access. Collaborate with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect to propose innovative solutions and functional improvements.

Conduct user workshops and training sessions for the People Technology team to ensure effective use of the ServiceNow platform.

Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and innovations, incorporating relevant updates into the workflow. Assist in the development of a ServiceNow innovation roadmap and detailed project plans.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. Certified ServiceNow Administrator;

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is highly preferred. 3 years of experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow HR modules, especially HRSD and EC Pro.

Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle events. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines creatively and analytically. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and training skills.

Desirable Skills : Experience with AI tools and data analytics within the ServiceNow platform. Previous consulting or project management experience in a technology-driven environment.
