Responsibilities: 

Assists the team with daily tasks such as but not limited to:

• Follow up and track all prototypes with vendors and update tracker accordingly
• Receive, log and organize all incoming samples
• Ensures that samples are in-house on time for all milestone meetings
• Coordinates ship tests between east and west coast warehouses 
• Works with tech and operations on BOM and sku creation
• Assists PD manager in meeting project deadlines and calendar milestones/deliverables
• Assists in project management across development, design and marketing 
• Supports PD administrative tasks: organize and file all documentation, track samples, create and maintain internal libraries/databases
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all regulatory, sustainability, and performance documentation are obtained from the suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 plus years of experience in product development or 1 year of luxury evening and/or bridal construction experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel), Adobe Suite, experience with Asana a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and ensure the delivery of results within tight deadlines
• Must be able to be in person in Santa Fe Springs office 1-2 days per week and in person one day per week in West Hollywood office
