WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The Site Attendant will provide excellent customer service to our guests in our arcade. Assist and ensure customers are satisfied with the products and services. The Site Attendant will need to be mechanically inclined to perform troubleshooting and light repairs on amusement equipment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Maintains a friendly attitude while providing product information and answering guest inquiries
• Troubleshoots minor operational issues with the arcade and amusement equipment
• Handles the upkeep of equipment
• Assists guests with amusement games and prize selection, as well as stocks claw-style games and redemption center
• Maintains a clean and orderly area around assigned location
• Performs other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
• Experience in equipment maintenance a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and/or holidays
• Professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
