Venturi Enterprises is Hiring a Landscape Foreman Near Bakersfield, CA
We are a full service landscape construction company that has been in business for over 10 years. We are looking for qualified foreman to run a crew and complete projects such as: planting/irrigation, outdoor carpentry, hardscapes (pavers, concrete, flagstone), electrical, water features, artificial turf and masonry units (outdoor BBQ islands and kitchen)
We are currently seeking a Landscape Foreman who is completely knowledgeable in the above named construction trades, is stable, and can perform the routine functions of the job which include overseeing the construction of multiple jobs, ensuring each project comes in on or under the estimated hours, coordinates each of the different trades, interacts with homeowners regarding their project to ensure they are satisfied.
Foreman Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5 years experience with landscape construction
- MUST have considerable experience various landscape construction, including hardscape, irrigation installation/repair/troubleshooting, softscape, masonry, carpentry, etc.
- 3 years experience as labor management.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish
- Great face-to-face customer service skills
- Must have a valid California drivers license
- Good DMV driving record
- Able to lift 50 pounds when required
-Hard worker and self starter a must
Salary dependent upon skill, experience and track record
