Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at Venture X Worcester. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service to members, building and managing relationships with members, handling member concerns, coordinating and promoting events, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the space.

Qualifications

• Energetic, outgoing and positive attitude with the ability to work with people
• Customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Event planning, marketing, and social media management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in co-working or hospitality industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by quickly and effectively meeting member needs, communicating professionally and taking the initiative to exceed their expectations
• Account management functions such as billing, room reservations management, onboarding and offboarding, membership changes, etc
• Planning and executing community focused and social events
• Working collaboratively with sales and marketing to help field incoming membership inquiries through email, phone and drop ins

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
