Assistant Residential House Manager – Sign on Bonus! New Pay Rate! Paid Training!
Schedule:Tuesday-Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 12pm-8pm, Sat 8a-4pm
Full Time:40 Hours
Pay rate:$17.15 per hour - paid training provided by Venture!
Sign on Bonus:$2000 for full-time employees
The Assistant Residential House Manager reports to the Residential House Manager. The assistant is responsible for the general daily care of program individual/service recipients and for primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, striving for excellence, willingness to learn, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. The Assistant Residential House Manager will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistant Residential House Manager will be assigned specific responsibilities which may include but are not limited to:
Advocate: All full time staff will have advocate responsibilities for one of the people living in the home.
