Description
Overall Responsibility
Coordinates and optimizes business development across the practice. Primary duties include coordination of our marketing, online presence, patient satisfaction, branding, referral relations and community outreach. Will spend considerable time executing marketing plan, driving online traffic, creating patient experience program, reaching out to referral sources and promoting visibility of the organization. Teamwork and Cooperation is critical in this role as opposed to working separately or competitively. A strong understanding of the healthcare environment and a high sensitivity to the nuances of health services referral patterns, patient satisfaction, and physician-driven patient care is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before patients, outside vendors or other employees within the organization.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Mathematical Skills
Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing figures. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Work Environment
Work is performed in an office area. Work may be stressful at times. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of radiation. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
