Position Summary

The Sales Enablement role provides sales leaders and business consultants with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team, revenue/sales operations team, and enablement team is a key contributor to Sales Effectiveness. This position is focused on administering and providing support of our Enablement tech stack. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer and provide support for CRM-integrated business applications in our Enablement tech stack including, but not limited to: Seismic, Salesloft, etc.
  • Manage and optimize Enablement tech stack including license management, support training, and system upgrades
  • Acts as the subject matter expert for Seismic including but not limited to: Reporting/Analytics, LiveDoc maintenance, End user support.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Enablement team to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and eliminate, optimize, or automate processes to improve workflow and efficiencies
  • Assist in onboarding new sales team members by providing them with necessary training, tools, and resources for sales systems

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education & Experience

  • 1 Years working with Enablement Software, preferably Seismic.
  • 1 Years working with a CRM
  • 2 Years working in Sales
  • Prior training experience
  • Assist in development and enhancement of critical sales tools and processes.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Travel as needed, estimated at 10%
