Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas according to our recipes and customer preferences. Your attention to detail and culinary expertise will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties:
- Prepare pizza dough by stretching, tossing, and shaping it into the desired size and thickness
- Add toppings, such as cheese, sauce, vegetables, and meats, in the appropriate quantities
- Monitor the cooking process to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, such as bussing tables or washing dishes

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating cooking times
- Upselling skills to recommend additional menu items or upgrades to customers
- Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and transactions using POS systems
- Culinary skills including knife handling, food preparation techniques, and recipe execution

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pizza Cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
