Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetic medicine, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As an NP at our medical spa, you will perform a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures and wellness treatments, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and other non-invasive treatments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, as well as overall skin health and wellness.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and wellness practices.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Adhere to all medical and legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting; experience in a medical spa, Plastic surgery, Dermatology clinic, or aesthetic medicine preferred.
• Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in performing procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
