- Serves existing customer facilities by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems
- Installation of our kiosk and tablet systems by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Installation and testing associated with Network cabling Cat6 and Cat 5e
- Installation of patch panels, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment
- Installation of 2/4 post racks, as well as wall mounted cabinets on most occasions
- Complete pre-cabling preparation and inspections
- Ability to fiber cable (plus)
- Jack termination experience to stations
- MDF/IDF build-out
- Dressing and labeling
- Testing and troubleshooting of Cat6 and Cat 5e cables
- Design of cable layouts
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
- Service and support installed systems by performing basic maintenance, swapping components, and troubleshooting software and network concerns
- Valid drivers license
- Must complete a background check
- Associate Degree or higher college diploma
- Postsecondary education/certifications
- Prior experience in similar job classification
