Our ability to analyze and adapt customer service strategies has given our clients the product recognition and market success they seek. We focus on listening, responding, and improving, whether it is working within the office or communicating with a customer. Customer Service Associates are the first point of contact for accounts and work to ensure that sales run smoothly.
As a Customer Service Associate, you are provided with the knowledge necessary to assist in customer support and sales through entry-level training. The innovation in our client's products and services drives us to grow and build daily, and we are looking for someone who matches that energy. If you want to develop your business knowledge, advance your customer service and sales skills, be part of a consistently growing team, or work with people, our Customer Service Associate position fits you!

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

  • Initiate communication with consumers and provide service before, during, and after the sales process
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries by offering details regarding client products and services
  • Following up on customer inquiries and complaints that have not been resolved
  • Communicating effectively to members to ensure members understand expectations of their concerns
  • Performing research on billing inquiries and claims to provide service
  • Acting as a liaison between the members and various departments to address concerns.
  • Additional duties as assigned

What We Look For in a Customer Service Associate:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
  • Bachelors or higher education degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field is encouraged
  • Knowledge of customer service, retail, sales, marketing, business, or management
  • Appetite for problem-solving and assisting others
  • Friendly and professional communication skills
  • Desire to advance past an entry-level position and take initiative in office tasks
  • Ability to learn new business strategies to implement during consumer engagement
