We are searching for "the right" person to join the Veltex Services team to provide quality janitorial services to Cabela's in Tulalip/Marysville off of the I5 at exit 200. This is a wonderful location with courteous and friendly staff who greatly appreciate the janitorial services provided by the Veltex Services team.

This is an amazing opportunity for the perfect candidate. Candidates must be able to accommodate a morning shift (6:00 am to 9:00 am) and a variety of afternoon shifts to include (11:00 am to 6:00 pm, 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm). Candidates are also required to be available on the weekends.

We are looking for individuals with either commercial or residential cleaning experience for part-time positions to provide cleaning services.

We ask each applicant to understand each shift is very important and we need flexibility from individuals that are willing to fill shifts when others are absent.

Cleaning responsibilities can include the following: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal; stocking supplies, sanitation, floor maintenance; carpet shampooing, tile, grout, and upholstery cleaning; kitchen and restroom cleaning/disinfecting; window washing; odor control and other cleaning duties as required.

Cleaners must follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates have the following attributes:

• Commercial or residential cleaning experience
• Great customer service skills.
• Friendly and professional approach to working with clients and co-workers.
• Available to work varying schedules that may include day, evening or night shifts.
• Able to walk, stand, climb, bend, and kneel to clean from ceiling to floor.
• Able to push, pull, lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, including cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Speak English for communicating with co-workers and customers.
• Dedication and commitment to arrive on time and complete all scheduled shifts.
• Pride in accomplishing tasks in the amount of time allotted and in providing a quality service.
• Time management skills which allow the individual to successfully plan out the order and time needed for each task to be completed within a given shift.
• Trustworthiness, reliability, dependability, and positivity.
• Once trained, is able to work autonomously.
• Is a good communicator who is able to work efficiently and effectively with others when required.
• Communicates issues and needs when required to Veltex Services management.
