VELOX is Hiring a Construction Field Supervisor 1 Near Tupelo, MS
The Construction Field Supervisor is accountable for day-to-day construction operations for
aerial and underground infrastructure. Included in the responsibilities are:
- Ensuring team safety and quality
- Ensuring project productivity through pre-construction evaluations, proactive
- Ensuring complete and complaint field reporting and daily documentation
- Job site locations/duration per site may vary so ability to travel is a must
What does the job look like:
The Construction Field Supervisor performs several important tasks, some common ones are:
- Partner with Quality and Safety teams to ensure your teams are aligned with
- Measuring cable routing to verify completion of work
- Document completed daily work
- Ability to read blueprints
What are the job requirements:
The following lists the recommended skills, experience, certifications, and accomplishments
that are required for this role:
- 1-3 years managing OSP telecom fiber optic construction projects
- Leadership in growing teams for best in class results
- OSP operations acumen and problem solving
- Ability and willingness to travel as job sites will vary and duration at site will vary
