In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory control of cores within the diesel engine industry. Your primary duties will include receiving defective parts, conducting thorough inspections of cores, processing core credits, and ensuring efficient inventory management practices. Job Duties Receive defective parts from Front and Back Counter personnel promptly and accurately.Conduct detailed inspections of cores according to established criteria, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Process core credits meticulously by matching and reconciling them to the core schedule.Monitor Return Good Memos (RGMs) to guarantee timely and accurate credit application. Job Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of one (1) year of experience in parts and core management.Valid Driver’s License.Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in database management.Demonstrated clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Open to training in operating a forklift. Physical Requirements: Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and lift. Compensation:$20-$25 hourly depending on experience and qualifications Benefits Velocity Vehicle Group Offers:Fantastic Culture401k matchHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance HSA & FSAEmployer paid Life InsurancePaid Vacation DaysSick LeaveCompany perks such as employee discounts, company events and training programsExcellent Training and Career Advancement Opportunities Velocity Vehicle Group is an equal opportunity employer.
