We are primarily B2B and offer professional, white glove and dedicated services to customers throughout the middle TN area. Who you are: Someone who enjoys working with a family owned company. You are over 23, have a strong work ethic, believe in open communication and mutual respect. You are a reliable and skilled driver with at least 3-years experience in operating box trucks and/or sprinter vans. You are able to manage up to 75 pounds, enjoy problem solving, and have a positive attitude. You have a flexible schedule Monday through Friday, and are open to occasionally doing an overnight run with a paid hotel room and per diem.

What the job is: A reliable and skilled Delivery Driver, to operate 26 ft box trucks and/or sprinter vans for local and out of town expedited deliveries.

• report to headquarters to receive routing information, keys to vehicle and load parcel onto vehicle in an orderly fashion
• safely drive to routed destinations utilizing mobile software
• utilize a pallet jack, dolly and/or lift gate to offload materials to residential and business addresses
• have excellent communication skills and respectfully follow instructions from the company dispatcher
• treat customers in a friendly, professional manner while maintaining a safe and non contact delivery

The skills needed to be successful are:

• must be proficient with GPS and other navigation applications and familiar with the middle TN area
• able to lift over 70 pounds and maneuver 200 pounds with appropriate equipment.
• skilled at driving in inclement weather and heavy traffic. Employment subject to MVR check for insurance approval.
• able to stay out of town overnight as needed.
• able to communicate openly and honestly with management.

Requirements are:

• Pass a drug screening and a background check
• MUST have a valid driver’s license with an F endorsement
• MUST be a safe driver and have a clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
• Must provide previous 3 years employment history
• To qualify for the box truck driver position, you MUST possess a DOT Medical Card
