Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in day-to-day operational tasks

- Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals

- Manage inventory, including stock levels

- Conduct training of new employees

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly

- Monitor market trends to develop strategies for increasing sales

-Cash handling and POS management

Experience:

- Proven experience in retail management

- Strong leadership and administrative skills

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

- Proficiency in math for inventory management and cash handling

- Must have prior Supervisory experience

- Age requirement: At least 21 year of age
