The Senior Analyst, FP&A Supply Chain & Operations will be the business partner for our Supply Chain/Operations team. The role is responsible forforecasting, tracking and analyzing operational results.Essential Job Functions:
  • Managing an Operations Cost Savings tracker. This will include gathering results from the team and updating forecasts, and reporting on progress and variances to Senior Management that may include the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Analysis and understanding of inventory, tracking trends against the company targets.Support to establish metrics for raw materials, in-transit, SFG and FG with breakouts by region, plants/warehouses, market categories, etc.
  • Working with Operational Excellence/Engineering team to quantify project's impact on cost savings in P&L.
  • Supporting the Strategic Plan and Budget processes with global functional departments: quality, procurement, engineering, and supply chain/logistics. This includes building out a responsibility matrix to help define ownership between plant/regional/global functions.
  • Assists Procurement team with raw material, finished good and indirect spend analysis to identify cost savings
  • Tracking Logistics (freight, warehousing, 3PL etc.) efforts to translate into P&L and working capital.
  • Supporting and tracking of special strategic projects: footprint moves or strategic initiatives related to SC/Operations
  • Works with site manufacturing leaders and the accounting department to measure and forecast/budget standard costing and manufacturing variances.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting and / or Finance. MBA, a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in a multi-national environment.
  • Prior FP&A experience reporting, analyzing and forecasting Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain results and improvement opportunities.
  • Prior experience in project management and reporting.
  • Background and understanding of costing is desirable.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience and skillset. Board (BFC), QlikSense and PowerBI a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Executive and senior business management.
  • Initiative, ability to work independently, results oriented, "can do" attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Travel up to 10% (domestic and international).
