Velasquez & Associates PA in Miami is looking to hire a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our team. Our practice centers on First Party Property Insurance claims, is fast-paced and client focused.

The right candidate will posses the following qualities:

• Paralegal Certificate
• 3 years experience in litigation
• Professional and pleasant demeanor
• Spanish (preferred)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• High level of computer competency, including Office Suite. Clio is a plus.
• Ability to draft pleadings and discovery
• Pre-trial preparation, including indexing exhibits and trial binders
• Scheduling experience
• Reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work M-F from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M
