We are looking to hire experienced Warehouse Order Pickers for our Kent, WA location. The Order Picker is responsible for picking customer orders as assigned, wrapping, palletizing, and loading in an accurate and efficient manner. This position will work directly under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor in Kent.

Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager

Essential Functions:

1. Utilize the isle and bin location WMS to locate, pick and stage product for deliveries

2. Assist the Inventory Control Specialist with receiving product and moving it to the appropriate isle and bin location

3. Must have prior experience with RF scanners

4. Conduct restocking of pick/home bin locations from back stock locations

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

6. Conduct daily clean up and maintenance of the warehouse as directed by the leadership team

7. Pick rep samples each morning, and pick same day deliveries

8. Stage and verify all orders/routes as per company policy

9. Excellent oral and written communication skills

10. Overtime maybe required to finish staging routes

Skills and Qualifications: Deadline oriented, detailed, dependable, time management, organization and problem-solving skills. Must have prior Warehouse experience and at least one year of Order Picking experience. Forklift experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements: You must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time, and be able to bend, reach, kneel, stoop and grasp. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and must be able to meet the demanding challenges of loading/unloading and have no physical lifting limitations.

Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required

Age Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older

Other Requirements:

• Must have valid Washington State Driver's License
• Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test as well as a physical exam.
• Shift is Monday-Friday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
