Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Clerk. As a Bank Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, performing various banking transactions, and assisting customers with their financial needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the financial services industry and develop valuable skills in relationship management and financial sales.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Service - Answers inbound communications to service accounts, fulfill requests, or address issues. Determines target needs and provides resolution while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and account maintenance.
- Identify potential fraudulent activities and take appropriate actions to prevent fraud.
- Promote bank products and services to customers, including upselling additional financial products.
- Assist with loan origination processes, including gathering necessary documentation and conducting credit checks.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Handle cash management responsibilities, including balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic math principles is required.
- Familiarity with financial services and banking operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
