Job Purpose:
Welcome to the role of Field Service Technician! As a Field Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to deliver technical maintenance and support to our customers in the field. You'll utilize your expertise to troubleshoot and repair equipment, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure exceptional customer service. Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of copiers, scanners, and multifunctional printers (MFPs) at customer locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to uphold the optimal performance of all machines.
• Respond promptly to customer service calls and requests.
• Investigate customer issues thoroughly and provide effective solutions.
• Install and configure new hardware and software as required.
• Deliver on-site training sessions to end users.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer information, service calls, and machine history.
• Stay informed about new products and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications for Field Service Technician:

• Demonstrated ability to offer technical service and support to customers.
• Familiarity with various copier, scanner, and MFP models.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electronic, mechanical, and software malfunctions.
• Capacity to interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Capability to lift and handle copiers and related equipment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
• Competence in computers and networking.
• Experience in providing user training.
• Strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
