Position Summary
Working closely with the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator will collaborate with other Operations team members and printers to ensure deliverables meet requirements and are trafficked in a timely manner through to execution. The Production Coordinator is also expected to engage with our clients' creative teams in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met to tell their stories. Within the Production group, there are additional tasks to help keep the team up to date and moving forward.
This is a hybrid position.
Pay Range Details: $48,000- $52,000
The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education,
skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

What You'll Bring:
  • A keen eye for design layout and overall concepts
  • Effective communication to keep parts of the Production process moving forward
  • Open-mindedness for tackling challenges
  • Sense of urgency and standard to all day-to-day tasks
  • Proficient in working in Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Understanding of large format printing is a huge plus!
What You'll Do:
  • Keep track of upcoming campaign schedules
  • Check incoming deliverables to ensure they meet large format requirements
  • Manage all stages of production from artwork receipt to install
  • Create new working templates for artwork creation
  • Keep assets organized and maintain our archiving system
  • Work with clients to ensure an understanding of our inventory and ensure they are happy with the end result
  • Work well under pressure, responding with a sense of urgency
  • Most importantly, the expectation is to have fun!
