We're seeking a candidate with a track record of success in talent sourcing, candidate pipelining and recruitment. Additionally, the ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization is essential.

Experience Required :

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources

Experience Preferred :

Two (2) years of healthcare recruiting, particularly in an academic medical center setting Two (2) years of experience using an automated applicant tracking system

Education / Training Required :

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Education / Training Preferred :

Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
