Our busy animal hospital is looking for a motivated person with Veterinary customer service experience to fill the open position as Customer Service Representative (Receptionist). Must be comfortable with customer and companion animal interaction. We are in search of a reliable, detail oriented team player, skilled at multi-tasking, with a positive, no drama personality to join our fast paced front desk team. The right candidate will maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with clients, pets and other teammates. The candidate is able to prioritize multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner. We are looking for someone to work various shifts 35 - 40 hours per week. Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 8:00pm Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm Saturday 8:00am - 2:00pm
Essential functions of this position:
* Professionally administer phone calls
* Strong communication and client service skills
* Processing transactions
* Input data into veterinary computer software
* Perform a variety of clerical duties
* Ability to multitask
* Dependably and reliably in attendance
* Maintain cleanliness of the hospital to ensure a wonderful client experience
* Perform general physical activities, including lifting up to 40 lbs
