We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus (terms apply) for this full time position. Pay scale is $25 - $38 per hour (DOE). A CE fund and new uniforms yearly, along with our other company benefits are also provided.

VCA Madera, located in Corte Madera, CA (Marin County) is a fast-paced, close-knit 8-10 DVM practice that prides itself on providing high quality medicine in a drama-free, highly collaborative environment.

We are seeking an experienced OR newly graduated Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team.

Some of the skills you'll use

• Venipuncture
• Catheter placement
• Radiology (almost exclusively hands free)
• Anesthetic monitoring
• Physical examinations and Patient assessment
• Surgical preparation and assisting
• Dentistry
• Patient recovery
• Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients
• Pharmacy support (we have 3 FT pharmacy techs who handle most pharmacy duties)
• Laboratory work
