Job Description:

• Position : Travel LPN
• Shift time: 7:00 AM- 7:30 PM
• Location: St. JonhnsburyVT05819
• Contract duration : 13 weeks
• Guarantee : 36 Hours

Role and Responsibility:

• Current state of LPN License
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Assist with physical therapy exercises and ambulation.
• Perform wound care and dressing changes.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor for and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide basic emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Helps patients regain independence after illness or injury.
• Provides hands-on care, assists with therapy, and educates patients.
• Monitors condition, reports changes, and collaborates with healthcare team.
• May perform tasks like wound care, medication administration, and documentation.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
