About the Role:

As an RN in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU), you'll play a vital role in providing advanced care to patients who are recovering from surgery or experiencing complex medical conditions. You'll work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

  • Assess and monitor the condition of critically ill patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
  • Previous experience in critical care, progressive care, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
