VBeyond Healthcare is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Near Springville, AL

Position: Registered Nurse

  • Department: Correctional
  • Location: Springville, AL

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 2 of experience as RN
  • Knowledge of COVID-19 symptoms, transmission, and prevention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file.
  • Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication.
  • Update patient records in a confidential manner
  • Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff.
  • Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families.
  • Move patients from wheelchairs, beds, and gurneys.
