• Title: Registered Nurse- Rehab
• Shift: 6:45 PM-7:15 AM
• Location: Bedford, PA
• Contract: 21 Weeks

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing monitoring of patients' progress.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families about treatment regimens.
• Provide patient education and emotional support, addressing concerns and providing resources.
• Perform wound care assessments and interventions as needed.
• Coordinate care, discharge planning, and referrals to community resources.
• Advocate for patients' rights and preferences throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $44.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
