- Position: Travel LPN

- Days: Sun, Mon, Tue
Responsibility:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, pain levels, and mental status.
- Administer medications accurately and document according to protocols.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Continuously monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Administer and maintain intravenous therapy as prescribed.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), fostering independence and functional improvement.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
Physical setting:
- Rehabilitation center
Standard shift:
- Night shift
Weekly schedule:
- 3x12
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- LPN: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Required)
- LPN (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Albuquerque, NM: Relocate before starting work (Required)
