Our award-winning client is seeking a Director Med Surg, RN to join their team.We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director, Clinical Operations, to join our growing healthcare organization. In this leadership role, you will oversee multiple sites and/or functional areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. You will foster a collaborative and accountable environment, driving strategic initiatives that elevate both patient satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

● Cultivate a culture of excellence by implementing evidence-based practices, ensuring adherence to standards, and managing clinical variation for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

● Lead the charge in creating a superior patient experience. Develop strategies that promote consistent, positive interactions and solidify your organization as a healthcare leader.

● Foster a culture of employee engagement, where team members feel valued, supported, and aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

● Collaborate with administrative teams and physicians to enhance existing services and develop new offerings that meet evolving patient needs.

● Partner in the annual budget process, providing input on revenue, expenses, staffing, and resource allocation. Monitor performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to address any gaps.

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

● 3 years of Director experience in an acute care setting (Med Surg preferred).

● RN License or active compact license required.

● Proven track record of leading high-performing clinical teams.

● Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

● Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

● Budgetary and financial management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
