○ 20 FTE’s.

Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Services to join their team. We're seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Services to join our growing organization! In this dynamic role, you'll provide strategic vision and leadership for our entire Cardiovascular Services department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care 24/7.

Responsibilities:

● Oversee all aspects of the Cardiovascular Services department, including staff, operations, and quality of care.
●Champion a patient-centered approach, fostering collaboration with physicians and healthcare providers.
● Drive internal and external customer satisfaction for a positive healthcare experience.
● Ensure adherence to all corporate, hospital, and departmental policies and regulations.
● Manage resources effectively to maximize productivity and cost-efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

● Current and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
● BLS and ACLS certifications.
● Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
● Minimum 3 years of experience as an Acute Care Director of Cardiovascular Services (or extensive management experience in a cardiovascular unit with Cath Lab Director/Manager experience).
● Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT) certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
