VaxCare’s RCM Team is focused on maximizing partner payments by collecting information, knowledge and money. We research claims, analyze denials and solve problems while adding value to VaxCare’s bottom line. As a result, we play an important part in the company’s rapid growth!

We are searching for an energized, metric driven committed individual who can overcome objections and collect on our claims.

What to expect in this role

• Outbound dialing to open dialog with the insurance companies where our claims are filed
• Research to understand the status of the claim and the direction to take to make corrections
• Continuously learning how to collect on different types of claims
• Document what transpired on the outbound call
• Set the correct actions to ensure the claim will move forward
• Quality review of the work performed

Experience Required

• Collections or Third-Party Collections Experience
• Claims experience
• Experience with verbal and written presentations
• Outbound dialing
• Prior experience working with payers and health insurance claims preferred
