Experienced Automotive Customer Relations Manager/Reputation Management
Mike Calvert Toyota - Join our team-Join our family!

Mike Calvert Toyota is looking for a Automotive Experienced Customer Relations Manager with expertise in Social Media and Reputation Management. The perfect candidate would have Social Media expertise and would be responsible for maintaining the dealership's on line reputation. This position reports directly to the General Manager to ensure that our customers are being heard and that their concerns are being addressed. You would also work with community outreach programs that Mike Calvert Toyota proudly supports. This job is a perfect fit for someone who understands what an important role social media plays in business today and can be a liaison between the dealership and our customers, both internal and external! You have the power to influence positive change across the dealership! Only candidates with automotive experience will be considered.

Influencer Management:

  • Manage social media and online reputation
  • Manage social content on Google, Facebook, twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn Yelp, and BBB
  • Respond to customer concerns and work with management to address trends
  • Hold management accountable for their individual departments and their public reputation
  • Manage Toyota CXI survey responses, reviews and alerts in regards to dealership experiences
  • Responsible for Customer Experience Center Responses
  • Monthly Round Tables to address process breakdowns
  • Community outreach
  • Coach and train employees regarding the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Strong Social Media presence and expertise
  • Automotive experience strongly recommended
  • Bilingual helpful
  • Great communicator- Listening skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and building reports
  • Organized, detail oriented
  • Adept at Conflict Resolution
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings
  • Saturdays required with a week day off!
