o Strong PC skills

o Good user skills

o Experience with Windows PC operating system

o Experience with Desktops/Laptops /IPads /laser printers and smart phones

o Experience with MS/AD and office

o Experience with Citrix

o Experience with Cisco switches

o Must be able to deploy computers [ not using and outside service ]
Technical knowledge and excellent understanding of:

a) Windows PC Operating systems.

b) IT Hardware including and not limited to Desktops, Laptops, iPads, Thin Client Terminals, laser printers, smart phones.

c) Ethernet wired and wireless networking connectivity.

d) Cisco network switches, Cisco phones and network terminology, functions, and troubleshooting.

e) Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office

f) Citrix

g) Mobile Device Management (MDM)

h) Automated software distribution.

i) Working technical knowledge of current network protocols and standards including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.

j) A , Network , and Microsoft certifications a plus.
